Return Policy

- Can i return my order ?

Yes, you can always return your order within 14 days if it is still in its New and unused condition. 

- Do i have to pay for Return shipping cost ?

 We cover the return fee only if we have sent the wrong Item/colour/size. otherwise, Customers have to cover the return fee. 

- When will i receive my refund? 

As soon as we receive your return and we inspect it and everything is fine with the return, we will issue a refund to the same account the customer used paying for the order, after that it will take 3-7 days untill the money is visible in your bank account. 

- What happens if i dont not pick up / collect my order from DHL pickup point and it get returned?

We charge 136 sek for uncollected orders.
